1. Who we are

FormsSent ("we," "us") provides free browser-based tools for creating forms, invoices, and QR codes at FormsSent.com. If you have any questions about this policy, contact us at support@formssent.com.

2. Information we collect

We do not require an account, and we do not collect personal information through this website. Everything you create with FormsSent — including forms, invoices, customer details you type into invoices, your business profile, and your uploaded logo — is stored in your browser's local storage on your own device. That information is never transmitted to our servers.

3. How your data is stored

Your data lives in your browser's local storage. This means:

• It stays on the device and browser you used to create it and is not synced to other devices.
• Clearing your browser's site data will permanently erase your saved forms, invoices, profile, and QR codes.
• Anyone with access to your device and browser can view data saved there, so use appropriate device security.
• We recommend printing or saving PDF copies of important invoices as backups.

4. Email features

When you use the "email invoice" feature, FormsSent opens your own email application with a pre-filled message. The email is sent from your email account through your email provider — it does not pass through FormsSent.

5. Cookies and analytics

FormsSent does not set tracking cookies and does not use advertising or analytics trackers. Our web hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and operational purposes, as is common for all websites.

6. Third-party services

The QR code generator loads an open-source code library from the jsDelivr content delivery network. When your browser requests that file, jsDelivr receives a standard web request (including your IP address) in order to deliver it. No form, invoice, or profile data is sent to jsDelivr or any other third party.

7. Children's privacy

FormsSent is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Do Not Track

Because we do not track visitors across websites, we do not respond differently to browser "Do Not Track" signals — no tracking occurs either way.

9. Your California privacy rights

FormsSent is operated from California. Because we do not collect or sell personal information, there is no personal data for us to disclose, delete, or opt you out of selling. If you believe we hold any information about you, contact us at support@formssent.com and we will respond as required by applicable law.

10. Changes to this policy

If we add features that change how data is handled (for example, user accounts or cloud storage), we will update this policy and change the effective date above before those features launch.
